The significantly talented Graham Boyle is a well known Durban based singer and comedian. He has an outstanding voice and is sure to keep the crowds entertained with his hilarious comedy. Graham performs as a one man band with a guitar.
Graham was famous in his younger years as the lead vocalist for the band “The Gentle People” who had a number one hit in S.A , Spain and around the world with the song “Rain, Rain, Rain,” other hits of the seventies were “It’s Summertime Again”, “Jump, Shout Do What You Want” and “Chimbombay”. Graham also performed lead vocals for GMSA, the Sounds Wild series and Dan Hill. Graham released an album for the Sharks then called Natal the album was called “Currie in a Cup”
Some other career highlights include touring South Africa with Rolf Harris, performing as a compare at the Kings Trust concert in Swaziland with Joan Armatrading and Jonathan Butler. Graham has also performed comedy with the ever popular Spider Murch and Garry Briden. Graham appeared on the T.V program, “Comedy Showcase”
Graham has performed in, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, USA, Mauritius, Singapore, Malaysia and Spain.
Graham’s act consists of hits mostly from the sixties and seventies. You’ll be entertained with all the golden oldies with songs like, Bye Bye Love, Sugar Sugar, Hard days night. As well as breath taking renditions of The House of the Rising Sun, Unchained Melody, Daniel and Hey Jude. Other loved songs performed by Graham are, Get Back, Country Roads, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, To Love Somebody, Cotton fields, Delilah, Tambourine man and so many more!
Graham also puts together comedy evenings teaming up with another comedian where they offer a three hour music and comedy night, specially suited for corporate or fun functions.
