sweet voice masters

Based in Johannesburg

This text will be replaced by the flash music player.

The Sweet Voice Masters are a highly acclaimed group of talented young singers who have made a major impact in both the corporate and commercial markets over the past 3 years their uniqueness lies in the fact that can easily switch between various genres of music – from light opera to love songs or even traditional / ethnic music.  This makes them very popular at any type of function. And whenever they perform, it is always done with passion, style and grace and always touches hearts.

Since August 2006, their achievements include: A luncheon for the Minister of Arts and Culture – Mr. Paulo Jordan – in honor of the Manhattan Brothers visit to South Africa, the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the American Chamber of Commerce, functions for Anglo Coal and Anglo Global, the Independence Day festivities for the Tunisian Embassy, an annual prize-giving function for Pam Golding held at Monte Casino, the Opening dinner for the Cosato Conference held in Midrand, various functions for their sponsors Avroy Schlain and the SA Design School, and appeared in 2 major productions Mr Bill Venter's Altron Annual Awards.  They also participated in the Reinhard Bonnke Christ for all Nations “Fire Conference” held in the Coca-Cola Dome in April 2007 and they appeared on Morning Live (TV2 in December 2006), the Sun City Palace (Crystal Court) for year, as well as Monte Casino and Carnival City on constantly extended contracts. And More

When not on stage, this busy group of young people is busy rehearsing new repertoire or busy with singing lessons, or working on their Unisa studies in piano and theory, which will ultimately accredit them with their Licentiate in music.  The Sweet Voice Masters was birthed in 2003 in Soshanguve, when Bhekizizwe Nhlapo started a quartet and later expanded the group to its current capacity. In 2005 they relocated to Centurion where they currently reside.

Maintaining and financing a group of this size and nature has been very challenging, and the group are very grateful to their sponsors Avroy Schlain and SA Design School, Mr. Richard Watkins (Experian) and David McCarthy (in their personal capacity), as well as other individuals who have contributed to the growth of the group.
