Saxophonist / songwriter Gary Sletcher comes highly recommended for weddings, corporate functions, fashion shows or just about any occasion where music is needed countrywide.

As a young musician he toured extensively and performed all over - from Cape Town to Zimbabwe, Zambia, Swaziland and Mozambique.  He later furthered his studies in music theory and performance and passed with distinction.

Gary has performed with a variety of top South African musicians at different events ranging from corporate dinners to fashion shows. He comes highly recommended by all major venues and has built an excellent name for himself in the entertainment business of music. He has a slick, smooth and professional act that flows naturally with the theme of the event.

Gary plays the tenor, alto and soprano saxophones and is also a vocalist. He performs any style, from big band swing and Broadway, to European lounge music and African Jazz.

Available as a solo artist or accompanied with a DJ, 4 or 5 piece jazz band or 8 to 22 piece swing band with a wide variety of music to suite all tastes.

Jazz and African Jazz band consists of a keyboardist, bass (upright bass) drums or percussion and Gary on tenor, alto and soprano sax as well as vocals.

String trio consists of Cello, violin and Sax with backing tracks for a really full sound.

Gary uses only top professional musicians well known in the music industry.

Gary uses backing tracks for his solo act as well as straight sax (no backing) for cocktails or while guests are arriving.
